Not so pleased. Wanted to do 10km under 50 and was well on track but didn't have the strength to continue. In fairness, my legs felt tired from the very start as a result of my cycling to work and night cramps the last two nights. But still, I could have and should have held on at a slower pace.

EDIT:

This is actually the fastest outdoor non-race 5km I've ever done - and that's without a sprint too.
