Notes
Was a bit hungry - had lunch with Linn - and it wasn't very filling. Felt hungry at 16:00 so 2 hours later I was expecting to be slow. Felt a bit from the morning's run but that wore off after 300m. I was pushing but not too hard as I remembered the run from last week where i had the first 2km both under 5mins and died shortly after. What do you know, 2 under 5 again. This time I had energy left and I wanted the 20min barrier!
Was really having to work on the last 500m, gave it all I had. New PB and one that will stand for a while, I reckon. 35 seconds faster than my previous PB (yesterday).
