After dinner run. Shame that the GPS was a bit crazy for the first 3km - gmaps pedometer says that the real route was 6.5km so not too far out.
Tried not to go too fast but that's never easy. Felt full of energy if a little sore after Midnattsloppet 2 days beforehand. Wasn't super tired but definitely a tempo run. Ran the whole way which was more difficult mentally than physically
