I was actually very unhappy with both the 1 and 2km splits as I felt I was going harder than the times suggested. Hit the track after that to see if I could still run under 5min pace and ended up staying there for the whole 10km! And what a time! 2nd best ever - albeit 7.5km on a flat track but then I did play football for over an hour today too.

With the adrenaline of a race and fresher legs, a PB could be on at Kungsholmen Runt!
