Really poor. Felt like i was running 4:30 pace and was surprised that the watch kept saying 5:00/km. In fairness I've been cycling a lot (25km that day) but my legs felt good although my core felt tired. Sprinted the last 400m to try and get something out of the run. Doesn't bode well for Kungsholmenrunt in a fortnight.
