Didn't fancy cycling as my eye is watering up a lot. Probably should have left earlier but there you go.
Ran with a rucksack full of clothes and it weighed heavy on my shoulders whilst running. Need to buy a bag with shoulder straps to ease the annoyance. Only has a yoghurt for breakfast and whilst it wasn't warm, the sun was blazing down which meant I was sweating from the start.
I was convinced at Bromma Blocks (4km) that I would abandon the run at Alvik and take the Tvärbanan to work as it would take too long to walk over the bridges. When I got to Alvik, I thought there's a stop at the top of Runda Vägen, aim for that. But the hill was pretty comfortable in comparison to when I bike it so I ran the whole way. Kms 9 and 10 were over the bridges and at a decent 5:20 pace.
