Notes

First run in 2 weeks due to a hip injury (slide tackle) . Thought I'd struggle a bit but this was super fast. A minute faster than I've ran Bittinge Loop before and the 2nd best VO2Max ever after Kungsholmen Runt. To be honest, i felt good at the end so i could have pushed more! Just need to keep myself fit!
