Sadly this was a tempo. Disconcerting with only 1 week until Milspåret and less than 4 until the big one, Broloppet.
Was nice cool running weather and my legs felt a bit jaded at 1.5km but I did feel pretty good before I started. Not sure what happened here, much slower than I should be. The only saving grace being that the heart rate is low. Perhaps it was just the legs that were tired? I did run 8.5km in the sun the day before.
