Easy Cool Down Road - did 3 x 6 deadlifts at a low weight after the Tempo run and prior to this. When I started this it felt like I was in serious duress in my upper thigh/butt/legs which took about 1/2 mi to "melt away" where I could begin to "feel" although the deadlifts took so much out of me.
