Very Easy Run
Disastrous run as I was forced to stop probably 8x as I felt utterly exhausted to my core. When I started it was really foggy but sun came thru & when it did it got alot hotter & combined w/the higher humidity & how tired I felt proved disastrous. I ran one mile straight and stopped as I was exhausted -- and after that I could muster maybe 3/10 to 4/10 of mi or sometimes less - and ea time I stopped I felt like was going to collapse.
