Very Easy Run

Have pain & discomfort still on the top of my right foot where I had the episode of hyper-extending it 2 weeks ago - it began to ebb away but got worse. Not sure if doing calf raises makes it worse - on Thu the bottom of right foot became numb & felt like a piece of steel, still felt bad on Fri but today felt better so tested it. Ran this very easy so as not to stress anything & focused on keeping HR low - and ran in/around Phillips Pl as I was afraid to run too far away. Started at the hotel & ran down to other side looping small lot 2x+ then looped RH & back into small lot for 1x loop (mi 1 - right foot felt stiff, no pain), another loop of small lot then out/around & into cinema lot for 4x zig/zag loops (mi 2 - right foot still felt stiff, began to get into a rhythm & ran this super easy), 5x figure 8 loops of cinema lot (mi 3 - good rhythm & it felt like my right foot was coming back to life & actually felt "warmer"), 2x figure 8 loops of cinema lot then out looping RH in entrance into small lot 2x out & left up PF Changs lot (mi 4), continued up & 2x figure 8 loop of Palm/Southern Pecan then up & right down Fairview right in entrance back to cinema lot 1/2 loop (mi 5 - the first 1/2 mi I began to lose rhythm & grinded things out just to keep going, at the end regained rhythm), finished w/~1.5 figure 8 loops of cinema lot (mi 5- 5.35), stretched & did drills, then resumed w/~2x loops of cinema lot around RH & back in entrance (mi 5.35 - 6).
