6 x Strides (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Ran #1, 3, 5 down Ashley, #2 & #4 down sidewalk in front of Allen Tate & #6 in Allen Tate parking lot. Ran these in the flatter lighter Cortanna's which made a huge difference as I felt really strong & super efficient (1,2,3 & 5 felt effortless - short strides, felt quick & felt like I run a lot faster). Screwed up my form on #4 and was actually concerned I was running these too fast but after #4 realized it was the shoes putting me in a much stronger bio-mechanical position. Accurate splits below:
