Very Easy Run
First week running 5x after running only 2x & 3x in past 2 weeks due to injuries. Felt pain in my right MCL almost immediately & fortunately it subsided after after 2 minutes. Legs felt tired & purposely controlled pace. Ran in/around Phillips Pl starting at Hotel & running to other side looping RH in entrance into small lot for 3x loops out & around & into cinema lot for 1.5x loops (mi 1 - felt tired, felt slow), then continued running loops in cinema lot as I felt more comfortable simply zoning out where I could just run a loop w/out thinking of anything switching between zig/zag loops & figure 8's (mi 2 - slowly getting into a rhythm; mi 3 - switched to zig/zag loops & for some reason I speeded up; mi 4 - at some point I was cognizant I speeded up so controlled page & slowed things down), ran one more loop & then down to RH (mi 4 - 4.4).
