7 x Hill Sprints + 1 Surge
Legs (esp. calves) felt tight so my goal was to try to be fluid. First two up Carnegie, surge along Carnegie, #3 & #4 up Carnegie on far end, #5 up Carnegie towards Tyvola, #6 & #7 up the steep hill fr Nordstrom to Tyvola in South Park Mall. These felt slow (a pace about 30-45 seconds slower vs. what I posted here). Hopefully with rest I'll start to see some improvements. Accurate splits below:
