Goal: 3 x 1 mile + 1/2 mi @5k pace (6:30 mi pace)

Actual: 3 x 1 mi (6:28/6:29/6:28) + 1/2 mile (6:27) - Overall: 6:28 mi pace

Wanted to descend these. Got on Treadmill 2nd fr right in Harris Y (Genesis Room) where I had the disastrous AT Tempo run two weeks ago (where it seemed the pace was too fast). Started off at 6:35 mi pace and this seemed fast. Pushed to 6:31 mi pace after .2 miles and continued (this felt too hard). I clicked watch at end of mile and it was 6:28 -- which confirmed my suspicions that this particular treadmill is not calibrated correctly. Moved over to another treadmill and continued (went to third treadmill to make sure I wasn't crazy and paces were all easier and consistent w/how I've been running). Despite being a little sore fr the hill sprints fr yesterday, settled in. Switched into Newton Racers on the 3rd mile and the 1/2 mile and legs felt much lighter. Left gas in the tank as I was thinking of blasting the last tenth of mile on the 3rd mile and 1/2 mile at 5:44 pace but decided to keep on pace.
