5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley (+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
I was slower during the prior run (~12-15 sec/mi) & when jogging down I was slower by ~15-20 sec vs. prior weeks. Felt like an invisible rope was pulling me back/slowing me down. It had to be the much higher heat that literally sapped my strength. Ran 3 of the 5 hill sprints consistent to last week (#2, #3 & #5 - felt quick & strong). Laid an egg on #1 (felt like I was "plodding", probably was overstriding). Laid a smaller egg on #4. Accurate splits below:
