Easy Warmup
Fast walked & did drills b4hand. Cold out and a bothersome 5-8mph wind out of the Northwest that made it feel colder when running into the headwind. Prior to when I started had what felt like a muscle pull in lower right back, rolled it before and began to realize it is right in the kidney & where I have at least one kidney stone left. When I started this I could feel it every time my right foot planted and at 1/3 of a mile began to get shooting pains -- then they mysteriously ceased? Ran this slow. Had to go to the bathroom twice during this which makes me believe this is a kidney stone?
