Injury Recovery Run

Lifted, fast walked 1k & did drills prior. Forget to bring water bottle (so used the 1L I just bought at Whole Foods) & forget my Garmin (so downloaded RunTracker to my iPhone). Started fr HarrisY parking lot & ran as many loops in parking lot before I got really bored to make sure the tracking got it right. Ran 4 miles in parking lot. Felt terrible like every other prior run (legs left heavy, nothing felt easy, felt more of a struggle at about 2.5 mi in for next 1/2 mi which probably led to the slowdown in pace in mi 3, but then got into a better rhythm at mi 3 where I re-focused on cadence & shorter strides). Ran across the street to Elementary School to parking lot in back running 3+ loops & stopped at 5.25 mi in. Then stretched & did some drills & resumed to finish off final 1/2 mi.
