Notes
After fast walking tonite, did leg work: 2 x hamstring pull-ups for first time in 4 weeks, 2 x quad curls (very light on right leg but felt discomfort at rectus formis insertion point), jumping (8 x 8 sets of jumping w/half on spongy cushion). Notice several hours after this that the quad (rectus formis) insertion point area (basically front middle of right thigh) is aching upon each step which is not a good sign. Hopefully this changes in the morning.
