4 x Strides on HarrisY (soggy) grass field + 2 x Drills

Concerned about my left Achilles (area of pain is now very small but triple taped for support) so controlled pace and tried to avoid accelerating hard at the beginning and kept strides short. Had two different people to run up on for #2 and #3. These all felt smooth but not too hard. I felt quick, no Achilles issues and grass was very soggy which actually slowed me down -- more so towards the end of each stride where the ground was much more soggy and I had to veer off and slow down more than normal. Each time I could feel "moisture" pool in my right shoe (but not left), could feel my right sock getting soaked (but not left) -- so as I was changing out my shoes later, I forgot to place my orthotic in my right foot (which explains this)! Also did 2 x [40 yds butt kicks + 10 walking high knees + 50 yds paw backs]. Accurate splits below:
