4 x Strides on HarrisY Field
First time doing any speed work after quad injury last week. In my mind wanted to keep these conservative. Problem is that the 5 day layoff rested my legs so they feel "super strong and rested". The first was more about calibrating speed and then I descended these probably because I was getting into a rhythm. On #4 I was actually and consciously trying to control the pace. No pains in knees which was the goal coming out of this. Accurate splits:
