4 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field [+ 3 x Drills]

Felt so much stronger today...felt like I was shot out of a cannon as I could feel that these did not take much out of me (compared to prior strides). And felt more powerful (controlled pace on #2, tried to temper pace even more on #3, and #4 felt great). All of these looked like a nice slanting downward line on Garmin. I'm now able to effortlessly accelerate and the power into a nice fast stride. Also did 3 x [14 walking butt kicks + 9 walking high knees + 60 yds of toe offs). Accurate splits below:
