6 x Strides in Cinema Lot
Tried to "fine tune" my form so that these felt easy & crisp - tweaked w/my cadence (short quick strides) & focused on strong hips & core. Really hit that form on #3 (this felt so much easier vs #1 & #2), then tried not to go as fast on #4 & #5 & regained the form/speed on #6 as #3.
