6 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [5:33 Avg]
Ran these w/out 4+ mi very easy run. Felt fresher & crisper except for #1 where it felt like there was rust that needed to run off. After #1 I adjusted my form & got into a much stronger & quicker bio-mechanical form where I was tweaking as I went along - felt good on #2, same on #3, #4 felt really crisp, and then controlled the pace on #5 to not go so quickly, and on #6 focused on reverting to same form as on #4 & accomplished that. Accurate splits below:
