6 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie (+ 6 x drills)
3rd week in a row of doing hill sprints (expanding to 6 & this a steeper hill vs. prior 2 weeks). Was worried as last week I felt powerful & was "bounding" up the hill. On #1 it was like there was something wrong w/the clutch & I literally felt like I could not get out of first gear (felt "flat" like my legs were in cement), #2 did not feel any better but this felt faster & it was, #3 felt about the same. After #3 I incorporated a dynamic hamstring into my drills & then was able to get "faster" as I really felt "faster" and more "powerful" bounding up the hill for #4 thru #6. Also did 6x drills (15 running butt kicks + 9 high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
