3 x Strides running down fr Whole Foods to Phillips Pl

Had to walk around for about 6-8 min after my warmup run as I was really hot fr these oppressive conditions. Did not feel "right", felt "tired" which is probably fr the insane tropical conditions. I felt great when doing drills before all three strides (legs felt springy & strong doing 15x running butt kicks, felt crisp doing 10x high knees & hamstring felt fine doing the dynamic hamstring stretches), yet on #1 and #2 my leg muscles felt like they were stuck in 3rd gear (there was no "crispness" or "power surge"). #3 felt like I got into 4th gear & felt "easier" than the prior 2.
