Easy Run

78 deg / 79% H [71 DP]. I wanted to run the Booty Loop run. But my stomach was hurting last nite (bad sign when you keep waking up w/a stomach ache). At about 4pm went into "gastrointestinal distress", and then as I was taping my feet at 5:45pm and hopeful to run had another and bigger bout of "gastrointestinal distress" (probably lost 5-6 lbs). Ruled out Booty Loop run, and now consigned to "walk fast or more". Tried to hydrate before but I still felt weak in the stomach. Waited 90 min. After fast walking 1 mile, attempted to run. There was no way I could run, I could only jog very slowly as I felt very weak and it felt miserable out. After the first mile, whatever pace I was at was all that I could muster. My stomach grew "tighter and tighter" (like a balloon was inside inflating) to where at 2 miles I had to stop (started to feel hot like fever hot and that I was getting sick). After a couple of minutes continued on and focused on breathing thru my nose exclusively (the balloon inflating in my stomach was the air I was inhaling because I had my mouth open). Foot felt ok but felt so weak at times, ran first 2 miles on asphalt, next 2.8 miles on dirt trail at HarrisY, then final 1.1 miles on sidewalk. Had to stop for about minute or so several times as I felt myself getting close to overheated. Was really concerned about dehydration given how much water I lost in the afternoon (sweated a ton, shorts completely soaked).
