Easy [8:02 pace p mi adj for heat]
83 deg / 9%H / [18DP]. Felt better compared to yesterday in that I was not forced to stop. Was so dry out that again almost 2 miles in my mouth was bone dry. Adductors felt better and less sore and less heavy compared to yesterday. No pain in right Adductor to start. At exactly 4.2 miles in it felt like someone dropped a refrigerator on me as every step became such a supreme effort that I was forced to stop. After that the rest of mile 4 became a monumental struggle. I can't understand why I feel like this and why I'm struggling so badly 4 miles in. Every time I stopped and started up again felt sharp pain in right Adductor (given how sharp the pain was I had to be really hurting to stop).
