2 x Strides (+x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Goal was to run 3 but the urge to go to the bathroom & painful cramping go so bad that I fortunately cut this short, made a beeline upstairs & spent 1/2 evacuating (as I entered the building I was in serious pain, eyes closed, could not remember anything, taking clothes off & hoping I did not have an accident before I got to the bathroom. This is second time in two weeks!
Ran #1 down Ashley fr Rusty Bucket - I could not really run this stride because as I accelerated I felt myself losing control & did not want to have an accident (w/zero focus on form or anything). On #2 I did focus on form as I had a brief respite fr the spasms (which hit right at the end).
