Notes

After completely resting yesterday both left IT Band and left Adductor felt better. Yesterday I rolled IT Band but did it differently by simply anchoring on the two pain spots for about 90 seconds to two minutes. Today, after fast walking, I could feel the improvement compared to Monday -- no real flares of tightness during the effort, and post-effort everything felt "stable" (no tightness). When I rolled legs, I could feel much less pain spots on the Abductors on right leg, and the pain/trigger spots on my left IT Band were improved. May try a 25 minute run tomorrow and see what happens given how things have improved.
