Easy Run
Felt terrible, felt really fatigued when I started where it felt like a struggle to just get into a rhythm. The positive was that the first two miles felt like 9:20 pace (but wasn't & rhythm felt terrible) - running down Sharon fr Whole Foods to Elementary School across fr HarrisY, then ran loops around back parking lot (mi 3 - felt good) & then around back track (felt ok). In prior runs I would then outright "die" after this. Form felt stronger today. Ran loop around back parking lot then around back of school right to Sharon up to Champaigne (mi 5 - really focused on not dying, form felt strong), then up Sharon & down looped into Church & back out right on Sharon to Sharon View (mi 5 - 5.65: wanted to stop at mi 5 but soldiered on, picked up pace, felt strong running up hill & then maintained on other side). Stopped, stretched, resumed & felt fatigued but again did not run this at an embarrassingly slow pace.
