Easy Run [7:56 pace p mi adj for heat]

79 deg / 72% H [69 DP]. Did 2x drills prior & right foot did not hurt when I was doing running butt kicks (good sign?). Wore the flatter Triumph's which was a reach but needed to test foot out. Started out and felt pain in right foot but this was like yesterday where it hurt but did not "really hurt" as prior to Sat (really hurt as in giving me 2nd thoughts to continue). Felt stronger today (hips felt strong and felt hips out front), at about 1 mile the right foot pain went away (or to a 2-3 on a 10 pt scale), ran out to Cottswold. I could feel it was humid (no idea that the dew pt was so high) so "controlled" pace after about a mile & focused on steady pace up hills. Got out to Cottswold and could really feel I was sweating, when I rounded at the Harris Teeter realized that there was a little breeze that had been in my face and now was behind me. A the traffic light at Providence & Sharon Amity at mile 4 I was already sweated thru my shorts, and then ran the final 2.25 miles at a very controlled pace (sweat dripping everywhere). My splits were very very even (w/in a second for miles 3 thru 6). Fortunately right foot pain did not re-appear at any point & when I was finished no lingering pain when walking. Seems to have marginally improved.
