5 x Hill Sprints up Barclay Downs + 5x drills
For the first time in a very long time ran these consistently fast (vs. 1 fast, another not, etc.). Felt much stronger & powerful on these vs. prior efforts. Also did 5x drills in between. Accurate splits below:
