VO2Max Interval

Goal: 2k/2k/1k/1k

Actual: 2k @7:13 pace; 2K@7:12 pace; 1k@7:06 pace, 1k@7:04 pace.[7:10 overall]

Progressed somewhat compared to last week as I extended to 6k fr 5k and ran 2 x 2k to start. Felt much better and stronger vs. last week (I could jog recover longer in between the intervals). Felt good on both 2k's, took a little extra rest and then ran the 2 x 1k's harder vs. last week (7:11/7:04 last week vs. 7:06/7:04 this week). Focused less on form this week vs. last week as my form is better "locked in". Was sweating up a storm (towards the end of the 2k and the last 1/2 of both 1k's it was like someone was standing above me pouring a bottle on my head as I could see a constant drip of sweat flying down).
