Long Run
Streets & sidewalks not passable (covered in 2"-3" of ice) so walked over to South Pk mall and ran 12 miles in the big parking deck underground. Wanted to run about 45 min in one lot and then run into another but the roads around the mall were a sheet of ice. I ran laps around the lot (~5 min or almost 1k each) where I ran three laps in one direction, then three in the other, then up/back down the longest straightway several times, then ran down to the ground floor deck where each lap as a little greater than 1k, then as I got bored would run a lap lower run up to 2nd level and run a lap & then head down to start in the other direction. It was about 32/33 along the open sections (I could see some water freezing over the last 40 min) but along the inside sections it was about 2-3 degrees warmer. Hope that I don't have to do this again for a long time.
