Fast Walk/Jog combo
After abt 3/4 mile alternated between jogging (a slow jog where I was trying to exert minimal force) and fast walk (jogging 12-16 steps and fast walking 4-8 steps). Felt some pain in left leg today but not the "limping" pain from last Wed, which is a good sign this is very very very very slowly healing. The knot in my lower lateral left quad is now two knots about 1" separated and hurts like crazy (but not at all when speed up to fast walking). What hurt when I jogged is the adductor (an ache that feels like a fist). The insane dew point (70+) was killing me even for this -- as I was finishing up sweat was streaming down me (for a very very easy run).
