Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy but disconcertingly I slowed down in miles 4 & 5. Started at Orchard St bridge & ran into back neighborhood & then ran continuous loops of Benedict/Thompson/McBride/Hawthorne thru to 5.25 miles (ran this all under control, felt uncomfortable in the beginning, felt slower as this felt like 10:15 pace, when I got past mi 3 started to feel awkward & focused on controlling pace but apparently overdid it). Stretched & then ran a reverse loop & down Thompson to pedestrian bridge to finish.
