3 x 100IM + easy 50 Bk rest 20 sec in between

Wore Zoomers - Triple-Dolphin underwater on flip-turns
At around 1,000 yds in I could feel a "pinch" in Adductor on flip-turns so did open turn every other turn (on open turns quadruple-dolphin underwater).
Goal was not to stress the Left Adductor and get something aerobic in.
