4 x Strides down Ashley + 4x drills
First time running anything other than easy since early Nov (2 months). I like to start running these as they improve my form. Ran these in my most cushioned shoes & amazingly did not feel any "rust" (I did not feel "slow" on #1 despite the significant differential in pace after #1). Felt "crisper" on #2 thru #4. Also did 10x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50 yds toe offs in between each. Accurate splits below:
