Jog/Walk
After the first 4/10th of a mile, jogged 12-24 steps, walked 4-8 steps. Felt so miserable outside, I could feel myself gasping for air at times feeling like the air was full of water. I actually started to feel this at around 40 minutes in terms of sweating profusely -- which is unbelievable given the pace. Checked the dew point post run and it was 74 degrees which is insane. Now I know its the weather more than anything but this Caribbean super humid weather is not abating. These runs in this weather take so so so much out of me.
Have a knot along left inside thigh -- something that has been there for 9 weeks but in slightly different spots. When I started to jog in the first mile it hurt but subsided after 4-5 minutes.
