Injury Warmup Portion of Long Run - fast walked first 2/10ths of a mile and then transitioned into jog. No issues w/left leg anymore (no pain, no limping, no favoring of the foot). But unfortunately the "what taketh, one gives back" as my right Psoas/Adductor is getting worse -- pain at the start and I could feel myself hobbling and limping to an extent (felt this over the first 3/4 of a mile or so). The only improvement I did notice was that I was able to run to "full stride" when I transitioned to run after the first 2/10ths of a mile -- in the prior weeks I could not and I would slog along at 9+ minute pace until things calmed down and I felt better. Did 2x drills (18 running butt kicks where I did not feel pain which is the 2nd time for this as yesterday was the first + 9x high knees).
