Easy Run
Fast walked & did drills b4hand. Felt better during this run which is the first 3-day-in-a-row run where I was able to run it in sort of "cruise control" where my stride was in control & solid. Ran down fr Whole Foods right on Sharon around BOA & the a loop in the mall parking lot (mi 1), down Sharon to church & looped in parking lot (mi 2), left on Sharon & right on Sulkirk & then right on Park So (mi 3 - could feel it was now "re markedly easier running up any incline or hill & felt like I was accelerating almost); down Park So & left on Fairview to Park & back (mi 4 - began to feel some element of "slow down", was soaking wet running thru this crazy mist), ran up to Panera & then some loops around Ruth Chris to where I stopped at 5.3 mi (began to lose "rhythm" at 5 miles & could definately feel myself slowing down). After stretching hamstring & doing drills, resumed some loops & then ran up and around corp park where Zoe's is & then up Fairview right on Sharon up Ashley to Whole Foods.
