7 x Strides in the Cinema Lot + 50m toe offs - 5:32 Avg
After ea stride & was in a state of progressive exhaustion where on #6 I almost collapsed & on #7 had to grab a light stanchion for a min. I was dumbfounded how I could run these fast since I felt horrific. These felt like I was running 7 min pace. Screwed up watch on #1. I was also dumb founded about my ability to "fine tune" since after #4 which I ran fast, I purposely wanted to run these in the 5:30 range & executed that plan. Accurate splits below:
