6 x Hill Sprints up Morrison (next to Harris Teeter) - forgot toe offs?
Opted for a different venue to run these hill sprints. I was running in the stiffer heaver GelFlux4's so I was focused on consistency, high cadence & form. I achieved that on all - #4 felt like I hit the "sweet spot" of my form (same perceived effort yet it felt like I had a 100 mph wind behind me) & felt the same on #5 but unfortunately flubbed the split. Accurate splits below.
