Easy Run [7:55 pace p mi adj for heat]
77 deg / 84% H / 72 dew pt. Same conditions as last week but this week, sans antibiotics, ran this without having to stop 6 times and dying at the end. Started out and did not feel any meaningful pain in left leg (very good sign). Have no idea why my splits for miles 2 and 4 were so slow other than they were uphill (I can feel I'm not as "strong" up the hills because I haven't been able to do any hill work or workouts in general over the past 10 wks). Felt stronger after mile 4 (was more focused on form, quick cadence, short stride and in a more torqued position bio-mechanically).
