Easy Run
Right hamstring/HHT did not feel good and feels like it has regressed. Ran to N White Plains Train Station & then ran up to back park lot and back (miles 1-2 - felt good, felt cooler out, also felt some fatigue/soreness fr prior day's long run). Then ran along (very dark even though I had headlamp) Bronx River trail up to Virginia Rd and at this point I could feel myself slowing down (felt hotter, was really sweating, no breeze, every include really taxed my right hamstring/HHT), took left on Lafayette back to trail (mi 3) then over to and around Kensico Dam plaza (mi 4) & then up North Broadway to Clove Rd to do hill springs (this final .35 mi was a real struggle as I felt completely "flat" and labored going up the hill).
