Very Easy Run
Ran in/around Phillips Pl mostly in the Hotel/Palm side & trying to minimize HR. Did not feel any back pain to start & felt a few pangs of pain over the first 1/2 mi or so. Ran this 20+ sec/mi faster vs last week and could feel the difference (felt much more fluid & stronger running this very easy). Ran three longer figure 8 loops of Palm/Pecan/small lot + curly Q & a bracket loop & then a regular figure 8 loop then up & right down Fairview in entrance & back to courtyard (after mi 1 things felt strong running this very easy & this felt consistent & the pace reinforces that).
