Easy Run

Came down w/very bad cold/throat/sinus & had to bag workout on Thur (woke up, started sneezeing and my sinus started draining as if someone hit an "on" switch ...& it got much worse fr there), Fri a disaster as nose was running like crazy, this morning I coughed for an hour straight & then again for a 1/2 hr in the afternoon. But started to feel better (nose was not running), so lifted beforehand (did not feel great), but then felt ok to run. Goal was originally 4.5 miles & monitored throat. When I started it was difficult to find any rhythm but fortunately did not have that "hadn't run in months feeling" sometimes have after taking 1+ day off. Felt "tired" & was not sure if it was fr the cold/throat virus or what. I also had to run close to home here since if I did not feel great I needed to stop ASAP and head back. After ~ 2 miles stopped for a second & noticed GPS was not on -- and it did not come on until I rebooted the watch (that never happened). Resumed & was running circles around the corporate park caddy corner to Piedmont Row - at ~4.5 miles in stopped because I lost my rhythm, did not want to push things and noticed I was really sweating (it was cold & usually do not sweat this badly which concerned me). Did some drills, and then resumed -- felt better as I regained my rhythm but I could feel "tired" again, a hint of swelling in my throat & was now heading back. When I finished my undershirt and long sleeve were completely soaked in sweat? Hopefully whatever this is continues to recede.
