4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley Pkwy on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs
Left hamstring felt very tender and disconcerting so I stretched prior to each sprint & ran the first three very conservatively so as not to stress my it. #1 felt like I had no spring in my legs - felt better on #2 but missed the lap button so watch ran abt an extra second before I hit lap key, had more confidence in left hamstring & ran w/more focus on #4.
