Easy Run

Wore Newtons so focus was on maintaining form, forefoot plant & high cadence. Legs felt "dull" so felt "slow" & this reflects the very slow pace to start (it is like I cannot "shake" this & every time I run I start out abysmally slow). Ran this in/around Phillips Pl - ran the first two miles running in/around Palm/Hotel/small lot side (felt better after the first mil & more fr a form standpoint), looped small lot & then into Courtyard left & looped 2x in small lot out & 1/2 loop back into small lot & then up/around hotel up to Fairview right & down right into entrance (mi 3 - this felt the same as mi 2 & it was), into small lot 2x & then out around Restoration Hardware , back into entrance & repeated loop & into small lot looped 2x & then another loop around Restoration Hardware into entrance (mi 4 - I purposely tried to run in a stronger form using glutes more & paw back but at same perceived effort as prior miles), ran into entrance & back to cinema lot for a loop & then out & to PF Changs. (mi 4 - 4.5).
